5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled class. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled class may be eligible for a full credit to be used for future classes.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • In case of illness or emergency, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
  • Family Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.

6. Class Conduct and Safety

We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. By attending our classes, you agree to:

  • Follow all instructions provided by our yoga instructors.
  • Respect the physical and emotional boundaries of other participants.
  • Supervise your children at all times during family classes.
  • Inform the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns before class begins.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the class.

Family Yoga reserves the right to ask participants to leave a class if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or potentially harmful to themselves or others.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in yoga activities involves inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to release Family Yoga, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participating in our classes or using our facilities.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their children's participation in yoga activities and any resulting injuries or damages.
